- Tax
Reform Amendment. Over the past fifteen years, I have drafted and
refined a proposal for a Constitutional amendment for extending the
principle of checks and balances to the government's power of
taxation. Please click on the link. Your comments are

- Lawsuit Reform. I am promoting
legislation at the Federal and State levels to prevent punitive damages from
being awarded to plaintiffs or their attorneys on the grounds that anyone
who gets pleasure or profit from punishing another is in need of an attitude
adjustment. Actual damages, including reasonable and customary legal
fees, should certainly be awarded to the plaintiff, but punitive damages
ought to be divided between a charity pool and a fund for the improvement of
the judiciary. This is the only way to prevent people from abusing the
courts as a new form of lottery.
- Although I love to tackle almost any
problem in applied and computational mathematics, I am really salivating for a
client with the following requirements: Design and implementation of a
video codec, a signal processing integrated circuit that deploys a distributed processor
lattice to solve a certain differential equation for application to optical flow,
providing video compression, multi-target tracking (including track
before detect), and eventually dynamic scene comprehension. If this is
your project, we need to talk.
