EXPERIENCE, Management:

1985 to ­––       Businessman and Entrepreneur.  Organization and operation of Martingale Research Corporation, a research enterprise engaged in contracting with the federal government.  Heavy involvement in all aspects of the business, including marketing, finance, strategic planning, human resources, project and program management, compliance with federal acquisition regulations, bookkeeping, accounting and government audits. 

EXPERIENCE, Teaching:

1987 to 1990   The Association of Higher Education of North Texas.  Developed and taught professional short courses (one week duration) in Neural Networks.

1978 to 1981   The University of Texas at Dallas.  Part time lecturer in mathematics.

1971 to 1975   The University of Texas at Austin.  Assistant Instructor in mathematics.

1968 to 1971   The U.S. Navy.  Nuclear Weapons Instructor and instructional branch chief.
